    I enjoyed the hotel, it was big and fairly clean, location was super and breathtaking to the important museums in the city. The staff were appropriate and terrific and know their duties. The food for breakfast was delicious and perfect. Had a fab stay on my 16 night European vacation, and would book again.

    A Perfect Oasis in Florence

    This hotel was a true haven . The expansive gardens provided a peaceful escape, and the decor inside the historic palazzo was fine. We loved indulging in the Michelin-starred dining experience, particularly the tasting menu at Il Palagio, which paired beautifully with really good service. A small downside was the limited options for plant-based dishes on the dinner menu.
